RETURNS & EXCHANGES

The Customer can request the following Return | Exchange options:
  • Exchange for another size, color, style
  • Store Credit - does not expire
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS.

All Returns & Exchanges must meet the following requirements

  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused.
  • Merchandise must be free of make-up, deodorant, or any other stains.
  • Merchandise must have all original tags and accessories attached.
  • The protective hygienic slip must not be removed from swimwear.

             Step 1

    Read Return & Exchange Policy (above) in its entirety to be sure your merchandise is returnable.

    Step 2

    Safely package and ship the merchandise within 30 days of receiving your shipment to:

    Please include the original packing slip and check the box of which return option you would like. We recommend that you get tracking when shipping your return package to us. The Girl & The Water is not responsible for lost or misdirected returns and exchanges.

    Step 3

    When we receive your return shipment, the items will be carefully inspected. Any merchandise that does not meet the requirements of our Return Policy will not be accepted. Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed. Once it is processed, you will be notified via email of your store credit code or new tracking number for exchanges. If the item requested for exchange is unavailable, a store credit will automatically be issued. Store credit never expires.
