Where do I input the discount code?

What size bikini should I buy?

Since all brands may fit differently, we have brand-specific Size Charts here.  If we don't have a size chart for the brand you're purchasing, please contact us at orders@thegirlandthewater.com

What is your Return/Exchange Policy?

When will my order arrive?

We ship all orders within one business day.  Please allow 24 hours for tracking status to update.  For delivery time estimates, click here.

I'm unable to checkout, can I place my order by phone?

We do not take orders by phone at this time. Usually, checkout problems occur because of an address or zip code mismatch. Ensure the information you're entering matches what your credit provider has on file, or checkout using PayPal. If you are still unable to checkout, please email orders@thegirlandthewater.com and provide specific details about the issue.

I never received a checkout confirmation or shipping confirmation.

Either the checkout hasn't been completed successfully or your email address may have been entered incorrectly. Send us an email to orders@thegirlandthewater.com and we'll make sure you're in our system correctly and send you the checkout/shipping confirmation for your order.

I checked out multiple times by accident, will my credit card be charged for each instance?

Don't worry, we cancel any duplicate orders before shipping.

I ordered a bikini last week, and now it's on sale.

Sale prices are not retroactive per our Terms & Conditions.

Do you have a store discount code I can use?

Items are generally discounted directly on our Sale Page so we rarely use discount codes, but you can subscribe to our newsletter to hear about our future sales and promotions!

You sold out of my size/color/style, will you be getting any more in stock?

Most of our items are seasonal so we do not restock once it has sold out. Plus, we have to make room for new products! Subscribe to our newsletter to hear about new products when they arrive.

I entered my shipping address wrong, what can I do?

Please contact us immediately at orders@thegirlandthewater.com with the correct shipping address. If you have received a shipping confirmation (which is sent up to one business day after the checkout confirmation email) then your order has already been shipped. Please track your package by following the link in the shipping confirmation email to file a claim with USPS to attempt to have your package redirected to the correct address. If USPS is unable to redirect the package and the status appears as "undeliverable", we will ship it out to the correct address once it is returned to our warehouse.

My package hasn't arrived, and I'm outside the United States.

Each country has a different customs process and we are unable to give a specific delivery date. Please track your package by following the link in the shipping confirmation email. If the status shows that the package has arrived in your country, please contact your local post.

I just received my bikini, and it doesn't fit.  How do I exchange it for a different size?

We recommend that you place a new order to be sure that we don't sell out of the item you're looking for. Next, ship back the item/s that didn't fit and note the new order number on the return packing slip so that we can give you a refund for the original order. Alternatively, you can ship back the incorrect size and note the item you would like to exchange it for on the return packing slip, but keep in mind that the correct size may sell out before we have processed the return. In either case, be sure that your exchange meets the requirements of our return/exchange policy.

I returned an item, where is my store credit?

Returns are processed within five business days. Once your return has been processed, you will receive an email with your store credit code.

I no longer want the item I ordered, can I get a refund?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, please contact us at orders@thegirlandthewater.com.  Per our Return Policy, we only offer exchange or store credit once your order ships.

My swimsuit is defective, what do I do?

Although we only sell premium swimwear, this happens on occasion. If your swimwear is defective, please email orders@thegirlandthewater.com with a picture and details about the defect. Do not ship the item back to us unless it has been approved for return.
